I have a question about the software BQ79826_Evaluation_GUI.
After installing the BQ79826_Evaluation_GUI and launching the software, the software screen disappears after the Starting GUI screen appears.

I suspected that the problem was due to internal network security restrictions, so our in-house IT engineers investigated and resolved the security restrictions.
However, after taking the above measures, I installed and started the software again, but after the software reached the Starting GUI, the screen disappeared. The software does not work.
After the above incident, I checked the Windows Task Manager and found that it was not running in the application area, but it appeared to be running in the background process area.

I don't know why it's running as a background process. Could you please tell me the reason?
Could it be that the software is running as a background process due to settings during installation?
Please tell me how to deal with this.
