I have a question about the software BQ79826_Evaluation_GUI.

 

After installing the BQ79826_Evaluation_GUI and launching the software, the software screen disappears after the Starting GUI screen appears.

I suspected that the problem was due to internal network security restrictions, so our in-house IT engineers investigated and resolved the security restrictions.

However, after taking the above measures, I installed and started the software again, but after the software reached the Starting GUI, the screen disappeared. The software does not work.

 

After the above incident, I checked the Windows Task Manager and found that it was not running in the application area, but it appeared to be running in the background process area.

I don't know why it's running as a background process.  Could you please tell me the reason?

Could it be that the software is running as a background process due to settings during installation?

Please tell me how to deal with this.

    The GUI could be loading either due to improper isolation due to firewall or it has installed but could not load all dependencies due to firewall. If possible, please try reinstalling the GUI and ensure there are no restrictions during the loading and installation.

    When installing software, does the installer install any software from your company's server via the network?

    As you advised, I have reinstalled it several times, but the situation is the same situation.

    If there are any specific procedures required during installation, such as restarting the computer, please let me know.

    Regarding my inquiry, our in-house IT engineers investigated the solution and were able to confirm that it worked after reinstalling. Thank you very much.

     

    Just to confirm, is this GUI application software compatible with Windows 11?

    The solution of this time was to review the Defender alert settings for Windows protection warnings.It worked without any special measures on Windows 10.

    Please let me know if there are any dependencies on the OS version.
