When I tried to install PSpice on a new PC, I got the following message and was unable to install. How do I reset it?

"You have reached the concurrent device access Limit".

Dear JC Zhu,
Thank you for your response. I was able to install it.
I think the same thing will happen when team members switch their PCs.
Is there anything they can deal it themselves ?

No. It has to be modified at the server side.
