PMP30693: PMP30693: Pick&Place file ?

Hi,

Could you provide a pick and place file for this design please ? I have found Gerber, NC Drill files but my assembler is asking for a dedicated Pick&Place file (X, Y and rotation for each Designator). I know you designed it with Altium, so could you simply generate this file ?
