Hi Ti Team,
We are using MPN#TPS54620RGY in our design for Vout= 1.2V and Iout=4A max, Vin =12V nominal, our Vout ripple requirement is lesser than 10mV.
Found an issue with the soft start behavior of this device. We are seeing non monotonous waveform during the start up. currently ss/tr is 2700pF in our design
Simulated in Webench and this issue persist even after changing the ss/tr to 10nF.
Even with default values in the webench, i m seeing similar results.
Please let me know what could be the reason ? How to resolve it ?
