Tool/software:

In PSPICE I'm using TPS3703D4120.  According to the data sheet MR# and RESET#  are active low signals.  However on the Spice symbol it looks like they might be active high. They are marked MR and RS with nothing to indicate active low.

    The PSpice model has active low MR and RESET signals just as the actual device. You can use the test circuit for the model to quickly verify this. It can be opened by right clicking on the TPS3703D4120 and selecting "Open Model Test Circuit" > "TPS3703D4120-Q1_TRANS Transient Model". Running the simulation produces the following results:
