When designing a DC-DC convertion schematic using the LMQ61460AFSQRJRRQ1 the Cinx on webench (CIN_HF1 on the datasheet of the LMQ61460) is placed in such a way that PGND1 is shorted with VIN, damaging the IC. Cinx should be placed between VIN and GND, not between the PGND1 pin and GND.
