TPSM863252: Model can't load, apparent disconnect between the library model name (search result) and the files in the home directory.

Tool/software:

When I search the part I find TPSM863252DRX_TRANS.

When I try to place it I get this: "ERROR(ORCAP-2398): Cannot place 'TPSM863252DRX_TRANS .... not available in the library..."

In the library I can see these files in c:\cds_spb_home\cdssetup\pspTILibDir\

TPSM863252_TRANS.LIB

TPSM863252_TRANS.LIBsig

TPSM863252_TRANS.OLB

TPSM863252_TRANS.OLBlck

But these are missing the "DRX" in the model name. I've reinstalled PSPICE and deleted the contents of the cds_spb_home directory beforehand. But this problem persists.

How do I fix this?
