PSPICE-FOR-TI: License issue(ORCOMMN-12005)

Hi TI,

I can't use the Pspice for TI and got this error message

ERROR(ORCOMMN-12005): unable to launch...... A valid license was not found at the

5280@home

could you guide me on how to address it?
