Good Morning,

I am experiencing an issue with your Tina-TI SPICE-based analog simulation program. We have a user who would like this software installing however, the application doesn't run once this has been downloaded and extracted.

I have tried running this on my computer and I receive the same result. Please can you help with resolving this.

I appologise for the part number. I'm not familiar with this software and put a random part in the box. Also, I was told this is a localised issue in the case CS3078154 however, this didn't help me resolve the issue. Please can you explain how to resolve this.

I found the same issue, but luckily I have an earlier downloaded model and it seems working. Attached below. I will also seek helps from our team to fix the online file problem.

Hi Ethan,

I will ask again to prioritize the website fix. For the time being, please use the one that I shared earlier: It was the model I downloaded online a few months earlier and I can confirm that we haven't modified the model recently. It is just some issue in web link I think.

Since I haven't received internal confirmation, I thought it was not resolved. After I wrote above reply, I went to check the online model link again, and guess what, it is working. A snapshot of my computer running the new downloaded file.
