TPS568230: Enable Max Limit

Hi Team,

From Datasheet it seems EN pins absolute max voltage is 4v.
What will happen if I design EN voltage as 5V.

Will it cause any issue or works without any issue.

Hi Ramakrishna,

It is not recommended to go beyond the abs max limit for any pin. This may end up damaging the device. We would suggest using a 3.3V Zener diode across the EN pin (we do it for lot of our EVMs) to ensure that the voltage does not exceed 4V.
