AM2434: Impedance design for DDR4

Regarding the routing impedance for DDR4, there is an answer in the link below. Can this also be applied to the design of the AM2434?

 Also, I have heard that the AM243x and AM64x share the same DDR4 interface — does the AM62 use the same DDR4 interface as well?
