I am working on a conducted EMI simulation of a high-power GaN inverter, and I need a SPICE/LTspice model for the LMG3522R030RQSR power IC (650 V GaN integrated driver + FET) to include in the simulation.
My use case is conducted EMI and switching transient analysis, so it is important that the model accurately represents EMI-relevant switching behavior (dv/dt, output capacitance behavior, and driver effects), not just loss or average behavior.
Specifically, I am requesting:

A SPICE/LTspice simulation model or library for the LMG3522R030RQSR that can be used in LTspice, suitable for EMI and high-dv/dt transient simulation.
If a model for that exact part is not available, I would be grateful for:
