Hello,
I am a university student who's part of a student semiconductor fabrication organization. We're using the DLP LightCrafter Display 471TP EVM as a UV projector for a lithography stepper.
We want to integrate both the DLP projector controls and stepper motor controls into a single standalone Python application. Currently, we're able to write Python projector scripts in the EVM GUI advanced mode using the projector API. However, we currently do not know of a way to connect to the EVM outside of the provided GUI software.
Is there any way to use the GUI API in a standalone application, or connect and send instructions to the projector outside of low-level I2C/USB commands? We're hoping to be able to upload images, change RGB values, and control exposure time.
