PSPICE-FOR-TI: License issue

I am trying to re-install PSPICE-FOR-TI. It is telling me I have reached my concurrent license access limit. The only reason for this is that I have been given a new laptop. Had to reimage 3 times. Installed this one time during that time. I just installed this last night and it didn't complete. Had to kill the task. Now trying to reinstall. Can you please reset my licensage.

Hello - we will need the support from Cadence team to reset your license so it may be applied to a new machine. Can you send me the email account you have associated to your PSPICE for TI license via direct message, then I can work with Cadence team to free up your license.
