LM5118: Requesting an NDA form

Hello, I have been working on the lm5118 data sheet to fully use the ic features and so far I have been successful.

i have setup both buck and buck boost on the same schematic on LTSpice with a no ripple output. Yes voltage drop across the buck inductor resulting in not my preferred VOUT.

I’m here requesting for an NDA form so I can fully build my schematic which will include the LM5118 and 3 LM51581RTER for LED output.

please let me know if I can move on with this.

Searched the linked and there were no spice file available. I did download the workbench version a while back but the simulation never passed 2% even after 30 min..

now familiar with the LTSpice soft with a no ripple dc signal, I will like the spice for both the LM5118 and LM51581RTER ic.

came across many post stating I need to complete a NDA form to acquire these spice files..

if you start from the product page:

then select:

- Design & Development

- Design tools & simulation

- LM5118 Unencrypted PSpice Transient Model -> Download

and you get to this link: https://www.ti.com/lit/zip/snvmaj8

The LM5158 PSpice file is not public right now but you might start with the LM5156 - this devices are very close.

With an NDA you typically get access to the unencrypted PSpice file which is anyhow public for this device

FYI: Setting up an NDA is quite a big effort from legal and organization aspects, so there need to be a certain business case behind that to pay off the effort. If this is the case please get in contact with your local sales representative.
