TMS320C6748: Question Regarding Licensing Requirements for Secure Boot on TMS320C6748EZWTD4E

Part Number: TMS320C6748
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: OMAPL138

Dear Texas Instruments Support Team,

I am working with the TMS320C6748EZWTD4E (secure‑boot variant) and would like to confirm the formal requirements for using the secure boot functionality.

When generating encrypted and signed bootloader/application images using the tools provided in the SECDEVTOOL‑OMAPL138/C6748 package (including secure AISGen and secure flashing/signing utilities), is any kind of license, activation key, or additional authorization from Texas Instruments required?

Is the procedure for activating secure boot described above correct at all?

I would appreciate your confirmation or any documentation that clarifies whether such requirements exist.

Thank you in advance for your support!
