TPLD801: TPLD801/TPLD1201: how to program by a connected Microcontroller

Hello,

in the TPLD specs I've seen that those devices are programmable by spi or i2c port, but I'm missing something and I'm unable to find any kind of information about.

I would need to be able to program those devices depending from the board version, so my idea was to use the spi/i2c port of the microcontroller to set up the device on first boot.

Does anyone was able to do it?

Or does anyone who knows what is the document that describe the programming sequence be so kind to link it here?

Hello,

TPLD801 and TPLD1201 must be programmed with the TPLD-PROGRAM and InterConnect Studio or pre-configured at TI. However, TPLD1202 and TPLD2001 can both be configured using a microcontroller. See the Application Note "Programming in Production with TPLD" for more information on programming TPLD1202 and TPLD2001.
