I need S-parameters for this amplifier but the one you provided on the info link belongs to the test board which is already matched. Do you have DUT-only s-parameters to provide? Thank you in advance

We have provided the S-parameters for the test board and can provide the s-parameters for input inductor reference plane to output of the device. Does it help you to proceed further?

We have a separate board in pipeline to exact device only S-parameters and can provide you once done. But, you can use inductor s2p file de-embedding to get rough idea of input impedance considering the minimal rotation with the trace in between.
