LM5170-Q1 has disclosed PSpice Transient Model, but LM5171-Q1 yet, and Switching frequency of LM5170 supports upto 500kHz, and LM5171 supports upto 1MHz. I would like to use LM5171 at 615kHz. Could you plase provide PSpice Transient model of LM5171-Q1? because, WebBenchDesigner could not simulation support me slected descrete external PowerMOSFET.
