BQ41Z90EVM: Can't calibrate device batt gain

Hello,

I just got my BQ41Z90EVM. I got to make bqStudio recognize it and flashed the firmware. However, I can't calibrate its Battery Gain. For some reason 10770mV seems to be an out of range value, while it's the real voltage value between BATT+ and BATT-.

Does anyone know why could this be happening?

I do not have any extra logs or files. I just connected my EVM, and I can calibrate cell voltage but not batt voltage. The error message makes no sense as I am actually writing a value inside the proper range.

Hello,

The voltage applied needs to be scaled by a factor of 1/10. If you are calibrating for 10770mV for instance, then in the calibration tab you will need to enter 1077mV instead of 10770mV.
