I need a Buck Booster with 3.8v and 1.5A output, 2.8v to 4v input (batteri li-socl2). I Buck Booster will feed a Modem 7080G, with 800mA peak in starting modulation.

I see you mentioned that the input voltage range is 2~4V while the output voltage is 3.8V. Maybe you need to choose a buck-boost device. I will loop another AE Lei to support TPS63900. Thanks.

Hi Telles,

The max Iout of the TPS63900 is below 1.5A. The TPS63820 can be the option. Please check whether it's IQ is OK.
