Regarding the ESD rating, since the datasheet only mentions that the qualification follows the JEDEC standard,

can we safely assume that if a TI product document states that the device has passed qualification in accordance with JEDEC standards,

it inherently implies that the device is NOT ESD Class 0?

To answer your question: our end customer will use this device in a space environment, so knowing whether the device is ESD Class 0 is highly critical for our system-level risk assessment.

The reason for my assumption is that TI’s official reliability report points to the datasheet ("See data sheet") for ESD metrics, but the datasheet itself does not list any explicit ESD numbers or classification.

Since you previously mentioned that the UC1843A HBM is rated at ±2000V (Class 2) because its qualification follows the JEDEC standard (EIA/JESD22-A114), it led me to ask if we can generally assume that any TI device stating compliance with JEDEC standards is inherently NOT ESD Class 0. In the absence of documented data, we must assume the worst-case scenario unless confirmed otherwise.
