Dear TI Support Team,

I could not select UC2625-EP / UC2625MDWREP in the part number field, so I selected DRV8308 as the closest available BLDC motor controller/predriver. We are evaluating the UC2625-EP / UC2625MDWREP for a 3-phase sensored BLDC starter-generator control board. Do you have any LTspice, PSpice, TINA-TI or behavioral simulation model for the UC2625-EP?

The goal is to simulate the control stage together with external gate drivers and GaN power devices in a 34–60 Vdc inverter application. If no model is available for UC2625-EP, could you please confirm this and recommend a TI sensored trapezoidal BLDC controller with an available simulation model?

Thank you, but this does not answer my question. My question is whether you have the SPICE model for the UC2625-EP component, not for the DRV8304.

We do not have any simulation models for the UC2625-EP device.

You then asked if no model is available for this device if we had any BLDC drivers with an available simulation model, which I provided.
