1. do you know a TINA TI SW guide (not the quick start)? I coulsn't run the oscilloscope simulation...

2. the reference and VO voltages are shown in the DC analysis as 0.735V , and not 0.75V as required. Why is that?

    The oscilliscope function can be accessed through the toolbar at the top of the schematic entry window (T&M-->Oscilliscope will place the oscope screen). You can choose the inputs and outputs for monitoring with the oscilliscope (voltage or current). Please note that the oscilliscope is normally used in a transient simulation to watch the repetitive waveforms.

    Which model for the TPS51200 are you using? The average model will only be useful when running an AC simulation for the Bode plot response. The transient model will only be useful when running a transient (time based) simulation. The DC analysis of a transient or average  model will not prove useful since the model is not a DC model. At DC, the part is essentially off and does not function. The voltages provided would be those associated with the operating point solution that the simulator will use to begin the transient analysis (initial guess for the matix loading).
