We are interested in using the SPIO-4 with another application software. Would you provide the .dll source code to SPIO-4?

Marie,

The DLL source code for the SPIO-4 is generic to that board, and won't help you much; you would also need to understand the firmware used for the specific EVM. We do not release the source code for this DLL nor the firmware source.
