Webbench error

I am trying to use webbench for a dc-dc. All goes well until i click on the green 'view design" and then I get sent to a login error page. I click on the green box which says it's going to send a verification e-mail to my account, which never arrives - and the loop restarts. obviously my e-mail and login work...about to give up on this and do a manual design with an LTC part...

Have you checked your 'spam' folder for any email from Texas Instrument? We will investigate at our end.

Hi Wes,

You can add Akshay as a friend and then "Start a conversation" with him privately to send your email ID. You do not have to send your email on this public forum.
