Import standart Spice model

Hi,

I'm trying to import a spice mode. (txt file) into Tina TI. The problem is that is always show this error : "Missing syntax element : Line#2". I don't know what's wrong... I'm trying to import Diode incorporated model, the component is BSS138W.

The spice model :

*SRC=BSS138W;DI_BSS138W;MOSFETs N;Enh;50.0V 0.200A 1.60ohms Diodes Inc. MOSFET

Eric,

I'm looking at the PSPICE model for the BSS138W and trying to see if the level or one of the parameters has a different name in TINA, I'll get back to you as soon as I figure out what is the problem.

Great thanks for the macro. I have a last quesiton, what's wrong or missing in the original spice model ?

Eric,

I didn't see anything missing or wrong with the model, perhaps the text editor you were using might have added some extra characters but I really doubt so. What version of TINA are you using? Because I remember there was a version of TINA that would throw a similar error. But as far as I know you were following the right steps.

I use Tina 9. I'm in the first step to use Tina, maybe it could be a user problem ! :-)
