I have downloaded model

CSD25401Q3

PSpice Transient Model

TINA-TI Transient Spice Model

from http://www.ti.com/adc/docs/midlevel.tsp?contentId=55102&DCMP=hpa_hpa_elabs&HQS=Tools+OT+spicerack

PSpice model provided CSD25401Q3.lib and CSD25401Q3.OLB files but I failed to build macro and TINA-TI model provided .tsm file that is not recognized by TINA-TI

I think the PSpice model is encoded and other has some error. Can somebody correct me or guide me on importing the model.

Friends,

I could find out that TINA-TI Transient Spice Model (.tsm) could be used. From main menu I used Inser->Micro and this worked. However i am still looking for solution on .lib and .OLB approach.

Gajendrakumar,

The PSpice models for the NexFETs are encrypted and can only be used in PSpice version 15.7 or higher. This is true of the majority of the PSpice models for TI Power devices or ICs. You may notice that the .TSM files for TINA are also encrypted and cannot be used in any other simulator other than TINA.

For PSpice models that are not encrypted, the methodology in the document should work correctly.
