Hi Gil,
We are sorry for the inconvenience. We have sent the WEBENCH generated report to your email address. Also can you please try regenerating the report and let us know the outcome?
Thanks,
Gerold

I'll be making changes to this project, so if possible, I need your help in resolving this problem, rather than having you email me the PDF file each time I change the project. Thanks.
Hi Gil,
We are currently looking into the issue. We like to determine if it was a glitch or an incompatibility issue. Can you please try regenerating the report and let us know if you were able to generate it?
Thanks,
Gerold
I tried to print the project again, and still got the same response, a blank page instead of a PDF.
Hi Gil,
Here are a couple of things that might help you.
Option1: Change the Adobe Reader ‘Preferences’ and in the internet section, check the "display in browser" option. This will cause the PDF to be displayed within the browser Window. If this option is unchecked if causes the blank pop-up window with the PDF report displayed in Adobe Reader in a separate window outside of the browser. The blank window might be caused by having this option unchecked. Checking this option causes the PDF file to be displayed in the browser.
Option2: Have Adobe Acrobat run as Administrator. Right-click on the Adobe Reader icon (or Windows Start menu item). Go to the ‘Compatibility’ tab on Properties for Adobe Reader. In the ‘Privilege Level’ section set the option ‘Run as Administrator’
Please let us know if it worked. We have a few questions as well:
Q1) Are you using Adobe Reader X (latest version)?
Q2) Are you using something else to display PDF files on your system.
Q3) Which OS? Windows 7?
Q4) Are you able to see PDF files from other web sites?
Regards,
Gerold
My employer requires me to use Invincea version 2.6.2-10228 (FireFox) for Internet access. This is FireFox running on Linux inside a VMWare virtual machine (VM) session. FireFox is using Acrobat Reader 9.4 add-on for Linux. I don't have permission in the VMware session to try your two suggestions.
Dear Mr. Hutchins,
Another idea to access your WebenchReport via the MyDesigns HTML pages here;
http://webench.ti.com/appinfo/webench/scripts/my_designs.cgi
I would guess that there will still be a problem attempting to view the report PDF directly from the 'Report' link. However, from the MyDesigns html page you should be able to right-click on the 'Report' link and choose a menu option 'Save link as ...' to save the PDF file to your local system. The 'Report' link on the My Designs page is on the far right edge of each design row.
If the 'Save As ..' option is available to you, then this method of accessing the PDF file might bypass the problems with launching the Adobe Reader via the browser.
Sincerely,
Marty Garrison

Gil,
Can you report this issue using the WEBENCH(R) feedback system? This is the feedback which is given within the WEBENCH session. This way we can contact you directly and try to solve the problem.
Regards.
