Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM3414, LM3414HV
I used Webench to create a schematic. The IC in the schematic is the LM3414HV. I used the CAD (http://webench.ti.com/cad/) to search for the component. I got two choices: LM3414_DDA_8.bxl and LM3414_NGQ_8.bxl (not sure what the DDA and NGQ stand for)?
When I view either of the downloads the IC shows 9 pins (the ninth pin just has the number 9 on the IC).
I exported the IC to Eagle. Then I opened it in Eagle to begin my schematic. When I try to bring it into Eagle I get the error message... Device LM3414HV_DDA_8 has unconnected pins (A/9)!
Am I doing something wrong or Is there something wrong with the download?
I am using Eagle 6.1.0 Light
