Diode rectifier issues?

Hey everyone,

I'm designing a 10MHz and 20MHz full bridge rectifier circuit using TINA, and everything works great until the rectifier part. It doesn't seem like the diodes are being modeled at all in the circuit. Taking a step back, I tried a very basic half-wave rectifier circuit, composed of a 1V 50Hz sine wave going into a 1N1183 diode, going into a 1k load resistor . Regardless of the diode, load resistor, or source voltage values, nothing seems to output a half wave output.

Is there any solution to this?

Can you put the circuit that you did?

I made a simulation as yours, added a voltmeter in parallel to the load, and saw the half wave output without problems.

Thanks for trying it out Albert. I tried it yesterday with 3 different circuits and it wasn't working, I try today and everything is working. Guess rebooting solves all problems.

Well, it actually happened again. I was simulating the final circuit and one of the rectifiers stopped rectifying. The fix appeared to be cleaning out the transient analysis graph and deleting and replacing the diodes with new equivalent ones.
