How to operate SPST switch in simple RC circuit?

I'm new to Tina TI, so I thought I'd try this: A simple RC circuit with a battery and a SPST switch. The battery goes to the R, the R goes to the C and the C goes to ground. The switch goes from the top of C to ground, effectively shorting the C when it is closed. I want to see the waveform as it charges -ie when the switch opens.

How do I arrange for the switch to open for a single shot trace on the scope?

            I have attached an schematic with the RC/switch combo that you described. I connected a test probe (VF1) to monitor the voltage across the cap. When you grab the scope from the T&M tab it should autopopulate as shown in the image below.

     

    TINA doesn't save my scope settings once I have closed my schematic, so please copy the settings on the picture above and press run.

    Also, you might want to go check the transient analysis under the analysis tab ( see image below). Transient analysis allow you to obtain the same results and allows you to perform post-processing on the output plots.
