Sam,
I was able to duplicate the error you are seeing. I will work with our vendor to resolve this issue and get back to you asap.

Sam,
No, we have not received a "fix" from the vendor.
I told vendor that I saw the same problem with the RSV file getting “stuck” and not translating. The PW package does not have this problem because I could see Cadence drawing the footprint and translating to *.dra file. The RSV bxl does not seem to have a problem translating to PADS and Altium. The vendor asked me to send the Journal file (*.jrl) and any other files in library directory for the translation because he said that would help with debugging. I sent the "Exported" files (2/27/13)but have not heard back yet. I just sent another email to our vendor to ask status. While I am waiting for response, can you send screenshots and any files generated by UltraLibrarian?
Thanks,
Janet
Sam,
The updated version of UltraLibrarian Free Reader software ( version 5.3.409) is now available at http://webencht.ti.com/cad.
We found problems in the TS3A44159_RSV_16.bxl and the vendor will make corrections. I will send the new bxl to you when it is corrected.

Janet
