Hi.
Please let me know about webench and switcher pro.
The values of A differ by the simulation result of Webench and Switcher Pro.
Although a part is a near value, do the values of phase margin differ so far?
Which should phase margin believe?
I attach the result of webench and switcher pro which were outputted.

I believe webench is the most recent software. I would go with webench results.

Hi.
Thank you for giving a comment.
Do I hear that the simulation methods differ? (A circuit constant is almost the same. )
I want you to teach why results differ.

yusuke
The computation engines are for sure differ. Webench was "adopted" by TI after National acquisition.

Sorry but I do not know the details.

Hi Yusuke,
As Maciej suggested, we recommend you to use WEBENCH for designing with TPS54331. This tool has the most up to date calculations.
WEBENCH and SwitcherPro are two different design engines and some internal parameters used during the calculations are slightly different between the two.

Hi Abhishek,
Thank you for giving a reply .
Between WEBENCH and SwitcherPro, I understand about some internal parameters used for calculation differing slightly.
However, does the value of the phase margin of WEBENCH and SwitcherPro have a difference like this?

-yusuke
Yusuke-San,
We recommend that you use WEBENCH for all your analysis. This tool is the one we currently support.
Thanks for using WEBENCH tools and thanks for your very kind feedback.
Regards,
Greg,
Your suggestions is noted. I will pass it along to the team.
Thanks for using TI products and using WEBENCH.
