my college is looking for TINA pspice model of LM21215A or a recommendation for similar one.

I think this is from national semiconductor. It is most possible that there is no such tina model.

I am writing this on behalf of my college, because he is not on this community.

The LM21215A has WEBENCH® support with simulation capability. I would recommend that your colleague use it on the Web. You can access WEBENCH® for the LM21215A directly from the product folder. You will need a ti.com login to use the simulation capability and to create the custom design. We currently do not have a TINA model for the LM21215A.
