AC analysis simulation

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LMH6554

Can anyone tell me how to plot the AC transfer characteristics with two voltage generators (as input) having same frequency and Amp but different phase in TINA ?
When ever i try to simulate it shows an error : " only one input is allowed" .

  • Nitzan,

What are you trying to do? All SPICE simulators allow only one AC input, not just TINA. Also, the AC transfer characteristics of phase is plotted as a difference between the input and the point of measurement, so the "absolute" phase of the input does not affect anything.

  • Hello,

I am trying to do a simulation with your Differential Amp : LMH6554. for that i need to create two signals with the same freq and amp but different phase.

I know that in Analog Devices simulation they have XFG input which create Differential signals. i tried to find something similer in your simulation , when i didnt find i decided to use two inputs and then when i am runing the AC analysis i am getting this error.

do you have any solution for me?

  • Hi Nitzan,

You can use a vcvs to get the second source.
