Problem after design Migration with SwitcherPro Desktop

After installing actual Version of SwitcherPro Desktop, SwitcherPro Desktop Crashes Every Time when trying to open an old design.

What do I have to provide TI to get an support.

SwitcherPro Version 3.4.12.18364

    Hello,

    Whenever there is an error in the SwitcherPro desktop application, the prorgram writes message to the log file. Please send your event log to switcherpro@ti.com.

    Please do the following to send us Application Event log:

    1. Run SwitcherPro.
    2. When the app crashes, go to Start - > Control Panel - > Administrative tools - > Event Viewer
    3. Right click on Application, select 'Save Log File as...'
    4. Give a file name and send it to switcherpro@ti.com
