Designs getting cloned

I have a problem with the web application -

Regularly the app will start misbehaving and when I click on eg. feedback loop tab, the wizard screen will flash and I get dumped to another existing design which gets copied.

This happens both with firefox 3.1 and IE 8.

    Hello,

    Last week, the server hardware for our website was upgraded and that had caused some issues for the online site. All issues have been resolved and the website is functioning properly.
