Where/how does SwitcherPro save My Designs on the PC

Where does SwitcherPro save my designs on the PC?  Are they in a portable format?

  • SwitcherPro saves designs in its own application datastore. It cannot be open in any other application, except SwitcherPro itself. So, they are not portable at this time.

  • But is it possible for me to transfer a specific design to another engineer that has their own installation of SwitcherPro on their PC?

  • Currently, desktop users cannot send designs to each other. You can use online version to send designs to other online users.

To send design using web version, click on 'Notes' tab. Enter other user's email and click 'Send' button. The otehr user will receive your design in his/her 'My Inbox' folder in the design tree on SwitcherPro web.
