Function of receiving mail from target user

Hello,

I have a question about the function of receivinding mail with the result from other user.

My mail address changed 1 year ago.

Now I log in SwitcherPro by new mail address as user ID.

But I can't receive the result from other user using new mail address.

I can receive it using old address...

Both address are active now, but old address will be inactive near future.
