A customer of min etried to use Switcherpro to design a 24Vin to 16V/10A output buck using TPS40055 and got an error message saying his output current was too high (although the design wizard says up to 20A is fine). He then asked the EPIC and they siad it was a bug and told him to use TPS40k designer. I have told him that it isn't a bug but due to the fact there isn't a suitable inductor in the list. My question is that can we chnage the error message to less severe i.e. 'Please lower the input current' and ideally add a facility to enter a higher current inductor?
