Switcher Pro Error and Can Not Be Used



When I login to use Switcher Pro, an error information will pop up, that prevent me to use Switcher Pro. The error information is shown as below:

System Exception:

There was an error processing your transaction.
Please close your web browser, open a new browser window, and try again.
SwitcherPro support has been notified of this error.

I wonder what is the problem and how to solve it. Thank you for your help!

  • Hi Kevin,

    Somehow an "invalid" circuit design was created in your account, and it was the one that was linked to your profile as the last one you were using, so SwitcherPro was trying to open the design and failing.  We know how this could have happened, and we are working to eliminate this issue in the future.  For now, I reset your profile, so you'll go into SwitcherPro next time with no design pre-selected.  Additionally, I deleted the "invalid" design from your account as well.

    Please try logging in again, and let me know if you still encounter issues.
