TPS54610 wrong VBIAS capacitor ?

When I use the Switcher Pro utiity, the VBIAS capacitor is always 0.01uF. According to the datasheet a 0.1uF to 1.0uF capacitor should be used.

Is this a bug ?

Typically these parts are set by the application engineers to be a fixed value. If it's not matching the datasheet then it is possible that there is a bug in the value. Each device has it's own specification. On which device did you see the discrepancy?
