When we designed the two application circuitries with the same conditions(for example, VIN=12V, VO=3.3V, IO=1A) by using TPS5410 AND 5430,
IC power and the calcilated IC junction temperature ware showen as the same value(PD=188mW,Tj=30degC) for both devices on STRESS sheet.
But the package for both devices is different and it means that the thermal resistance is different(8PIN-D for 5410, 8pin DDA for 5430).
So the IC junction temperature should be different between both devices. Please corrent it.
