Hi Martin,
Please find attached the SWIFT designer (version 3.5) software. I noticed that you are using an older version (3.2) of SWIFT, I am not sure if the file you are trying to use will open with the new version of the tool attached. But please give it a try.
Please go ahead and unzip the file (attached). You should see SWIFT->Swift3_5->setup.zip.
Next please unzip setup.zip. You should see a setup.exe file.
Follow these steps if you are running this on windows 7 machine.
1) Right click-> Properties-> Compatibility.
2) Check “Run this program in compatible mode for:”
3) Select Windows XP (Service Pack 2) from the drop down and click “OK”.
4) Now, right click again on setup.exe and click “Run as administrator”.
5) This should install the program under C:\Program Files (x86)\ti\Swift folder.
6) Right click on SWIFTDesigner.exe after navigating to the path given in step 5. Now click the options “Run as administrator”. This should load up the swift designer.
Please let us know if you have further questions.
