The Cadence Allegro version installed on your machine must match the version checked in UltraLibrarian.  What version of Cadence Allegro do you have installed on your machine?  UltraLibrarian puts the translated files in the "UltraLibraian/Library/Exported/Allegro15.2" directory regardless of the version being exported.

We have Allegro 16.5. 
Attached is a Screenshot.
I see, that you expect 16.0. How that. We do not have this version, and for sure, we cannot downgrade it.

More confusing on the Website of accelerated-designs, there is stated, the export version of Allegro is :
Cadence Allegro 13.6 and 14.0
Very weird. 
Is there a other solution to translate your bxl-Files?

Sorry for the confusion.  I have Cadence Allegro 16.2 and selection of version 16.0 works for me.  The vendor has "Cadence Allegro 14 - 15.1" for version 14 through 15.1, "Cadence Allegro 15.2 or newer, select pre 16.0" for 15.2 and before 16.0", and "Cadence Allegro 15.2 or newer, select 16.0" for version 16.0 or newer".  If you cannot get the translation to work, tell me the exact bxl you are trying to translate and I will translate into 16.2 for you, which will work with your 16.5.

The BQ24032A_RHL_20.bxl (and RVS_20, YFF_28 and YFP_28) is available in the http://www.ti.com/product/bq24032a  is available on the product folder.  The BQ51013A_YFF_28 is available in the http://www.ti.com/product/bq51013a product folder.   I will add the TPS3839  (A09, E16,  G12, G18, G33 and K33) X2SON (DGN) 4 pin  to our vendor list for bxl generation.

I used UltraLibrarian version 5.3.381 to translate the bxls to "Cadence Allegro 15.2 or newer and checked 16.0".  My version of PSpice is 16.2 which should work with your 16.5.

I have some additional questions regarding the converted BQ51013YFF footprint.

1) The product manual (page 29) specifies a pin spacing of 0.4mm for the YFF package. The provided footprint has a pin spacing of 0.5mm. Which spacing is correct?

(btw: the part dimensions are missing in the product manual)

2) Shouldn't the pin A1 be located in the upper left corner of the footprint? It looks like the bottom view in the manual has been used to create the top view of the footprint. So the pin numbering (of the converted footprint?) seems to be wrong.

The BQ51013_YFF_28.bxl does not match the datasheet and has the errors you note in your post.  I will send to the vendor for corrections and let you know when correct bxl is available.  Sorry for the inconvenience.

My comments in previous post referred to BQ51013A and BQ51013B "YFP" package shown in datasheet.  I do not see a BQ51013 part or YFF package. What “product manual (page 29)” are you referring to?  I don’t see a plain BQ51013.  For the BQ51013A and BQ51013B there is only the YFP and RHL packages and no YFF.

I researched further.

The BQ51013 datasheet has only the YFP package listed.

The BQ51013A and BQ51013B has the YFP and RHL packages listed.

Since the datasheets do no reference the RVS and YFF packages, they should not be used and I will have them removed from http://webench.ti.com/cad and from datasheets.

The errors mentioned in your post about the YFF package are errors in the YFP package and will be corrected.

I will let you know when YFP corrected bxl is available.

In order to debug, oI contacted our vendor for assistance and he requested the following information: 

1. Exactly what operation causes the error (were they exporting a part, starting the tool, looking at a database etc.)

2. What is  specific part  and datasheet?

3. Which tool was being exported to and what is the version of the tool.

4. What operating system.

5. What language packs were installed.

6. What version of UltraLibrarian is being used

7.  Send files you are actually exporting  as well as any error messages from the tool.

I'm referring to the BQ51013. (When we started the design, the part status was still active, not NRND). The manual can be found here. The YFF package is described on page 30. We already bought the parts.

The footprints, provided for this part by TI are for the YFF package and have the aforementioned issues. So they should be corrected or removed as well.

I downloaded some bxl file from TI website (http://webench.ti.com/cad/cad.cgi). But after opening it using Ultra Librarian, I only get OLB file. No dra or psm file are extracted. 

So I am not able to add the PCB footprint to my components.

I use OrCAD Capture CIS v16.6

Can someone help me with this ?
