Hello,

I want to include the Spice model for the OPA1632 in my design schematic but it's not available on its page under Models: http://www.ti.com/product/opa1632 Can the file be attached here if it's around? Thank you.

    Thank you for the heads-up on the model missing from the product folder.

    The OPA1632 Pspice and TINA models can be found in the SpiceRack, our comprehensive list of Spice models at URL: http://www.ti.com/spicerack
    Not sure why the model is mssing from the product folder; it should be there.

    Hi John,

    Just one more question, my customer is looking for the the pspice model of TPS54521 for simulation.
    But I cannot find the pspice model from the link you provided: URL: http://www.ti.com/spicerack

    Can you please help confirm whether we can provide the pspice model of TPS54521 or not? thanks!

    Hi Iven,

    At present we do not have a PSpice model for TPS54521. However, we have PSpice models for several other devices similar to this part

    TPS54620: 6A Current Mode Similar Vin
    TPS54540: 5A Current Mode Higher Vin
    TPS54525: 5A DCAP2 Similar Vin
    TPS54526: 5A DCAP2 with ECO Mode Similar Vin

    Let me know if one of these will work for your customer.

    I looked inside the spicerack and could not find the model for the OPA1632, is it still available? as the part is already in a design and would like to simulate it.
