Does SwitcherPro require administrator rights to use?

Hello Tim,
For the web version you need a my.ti.com account in order to use the tool.
For the desktop version you probably need admin rights to install software on your machine.
If you are using Windows 7 you might need to do some work to get it running in 32 bit mode. We have a procedure for that.

We find that a SwitcherPro user requires Admin rights to use SwitcherPro Desktop, not only for installation. This violates our security policies. Does TI plan to change SwitcherPro Desktop so that users with less than admin rights can use the tool?
this is interesting. I'll see if I can confirm this on our end. I'll respond soon. We definitely didn't intend users to have to have admin rights to run the program.
