I have a design using the LM3429 and like a previous poster I am unable to generate any print or copy of the schematic. I can see it on the flash screen, but any operation generating the full report results in a blank spot in the pdf where the schematic should be. Other designs in my portfolio work fine. There was a patch released for the post earlier this month, but perhaps it was not complete or did not apply to this device. Can someone help with this?

Mark,

I am sorry that the last patch did not solve your problem of PDF printing. Can you send us an email using the WEBENCH feedback system ("?" button on top right). We would like to drill down to see what the issue is.

We released a new version of WEBENCH Desginer which should fix this problem. Please try it out and let me know how the fix worked for you.

Hi Surinder,

I just tried this morning to show the print again and it still has the same issue. Per your earlier request, I have uploaded a feedback form with the design ID and attached a sample of the pdf output I get.

Since this has not worked out, let us see what is exactly going on with your design. We have not seen your feedback in the WEBENCH system yet.
