I'm getting the above error when trying to run in Tina.

Tom,

The PSpice models for power products are encrypted and can only be used in PSpice version 15.7 or higher. I will add the TPS7A8300 to the TINA-TI conversion queue.

The model has been translated and the TINA model and reference design can be found in the product folder. I am attaching the Reference Design here as well.

Sorry for the delay. A bug was found in the model that had to be corrected.
